Plastic films can build up considerable electrostatic
charge, depending on humidity and temperature. Therefore
high-speed packaging machines must be equipped with electrostatic
dischargers to control the problem.
Wax coated paper packaging needs virtually no acclimatisation
and is less influenced by seasonal changes in packaging
production, storage and processing. |
